Helsinki can boast over 80 interesting museums, many of which also have
attractive cafés and gift shops. As in most countries, the majority of museums
are closed on Mondays.

Cable Factory
Located in the Ruoholahti district of Helsinki, the Cable Factory is
Finland’s largest cultural centre. Formerly an industrial site for
Nokia, the Cable Factory has been transformed over the past ten years into
a modern centre in which 900 creative professionals work. The Cable
Factory is part of the Trans Europe Halles network of independent cultural
centres.
