Ships arrivng to Helsinki: items are delivered four times a week (twice
a week from Viking XPRS) to Suomen
Löytötavarapalvelu in Helsinki.
Mariehamn-Kapellskär route: articles of value are delivered to the
police department of Mariehamn,
tel +35818527100. Other items are sent to Viking Line, the office at Norragatan.
Cinderella: items are delivered once-twice a week to the City police
department (Stockholm). Note that clothes and shoes are not delivered to the
police. Clothes and shoes are kept on board for approximately one week and
thereafter given to charity.
Terminals: items are kept in the terminal for two-three weeks, then
delivered to Suomen Löytötavarapalvelu.
Kapellskär-Stockholm bus: items are delivered to SL's Lost &
Found in Stockholm.
Hotels: contact the hotel.
Cottages: contact the cottage host.
PLEASE NOTE:
Articles bought in the stores on board will be
stored at the
information desk of the ship in question for
2 weeks. These goods will not be forwarded to Suomen
Löytötavarapalvelu/police. Viking Line is not responsible for forgotten
luggade.
