All discounts are granted on the passenger fare. Cabins, meals and other services according to normal price list. To benefit from any of these reductions the reduction has to be stated when booking. All reductions relate to normal fares. No refund can be granted retrospectively. Different reductions can not be combined.

Early Bird Discount (product EARLY)
If you make your reservation and fully pay your trip at least 21 days before the departure you can get an Early Bird Discount. The discount is 15-50 % depending on route and departure day. No refund if the reservation is cancelled, but the departure date or reservation content may be changed. Not valid for all our services or route Helsinki-Tallinn. Places are limited and subject to availibility. Viking Line reserves the right to cancel unpaid reservation without further notice.

Families
A family is entitled to a discount on the passenger fare if there are at least 3 paying members of the same family (parents with children 12-17 years) travelling together. The family must include at least one parent. (No family discount on the Helsinki-Tallinn route). 

Groups
Applies to groups of at least 10 paying passengers. The tour leader is responsible for the group on board. The discount is granted only for confirmed advance bookings.

Senior citizens
A senior discount is granted on the passenger fare for seniors and persons over 60 years of age.

Other discounts
InterRail and EuroDomino passes entitle to a 50% discount on the passenger fare. An Eurail pass together with a train ticket also entitles to a 50% discount on the passenger ticket (excl. Tallinn and Åland). Students and journalists are also entitled to a discount on the passanger fare. International or English languaged student/journalist card has to be presented at the ticket office and at check-in.
